Today we introduce some cool new features/innovations at Montagraph:
First of all, we have brand new Laboratory page, there will be several experimental Effects/Filters/Tools on this page(now only Animator Tool exists) 

-Animator Tool (under Laboratory section), which enables you to create animations from your images. 
What is more, you can set size and speed(very fast,fast,normal,slow) of your animation.

-You can create animated montagraphs & templates by using images produced by Animation Tool. There are 2 ways to create an animated montagraph: 
1-Animated photo and static template
2-Static photo and animated template
The good news is that you can utilize face detection feature, adjustments and effects even in your animations!
This is all for now but wait for new tools and innovations and continue to share your animated imag(e)nations...

Montagraph Server Failure

Our database server was down we recovered from our backups to overcome this issue. Now montagraph is up.We are more than sorry for any inconvenience. We will plan to change our current hosting firm.

Community, community, community...

As most of you realised we have changed our main page to give a better and more colorful description of montagraph and from the site statistics we saw that you liked it. montagraph main page
 

We introduced a new section to our site : Community. This section shows geo-location of montagraph members(not all of them) on a world map, the most active members(score is calculated by using the count of templates, montagraphs, comments) and new members, so that you can say a warm welcome to our new comers and help and guide them. Besides, you can participate and follow montagraph groups in facebook, twitter, flickr. 

One another good news : Count of montagraph family members is getting larger and larger each day, now this count is around 10000 members.

In order to strengthen the communication/bound between community members and give them richer options to express theirselves, we enriched the profile page and we added notifications (which are completely under your control) so that you will be aware (if you want) when someone added you to his/her contacts, sent you montagraph message or commented/marked as a favorite a montagraph of you. This notifications will keep you in touch with the community, so we highly recommend them. notification

Apart from all, one can comment now connecting with his/her facebook account, so that your friends in facebook can also follow your comments. 
 
Lastly, a new search box (and page) is added on top right of the site to enable you to find easily and quickly any content (template, montagraph, user, tag, title, description etc.) in the site. search

Face Detection on board ! (even for online created templates)

In order to make photomontages even easier and smarter we as Montagraph team, implemented automatic face detection & smart template features to Montagraph site. Face detection feature senses the most prominent face in your (uploaded) photo and smart template feature analyses the hole in template (you created or you choose) and decides where to locate and how to resize your face.

These two feature coordinates each other well and enables you to make photomontages in one click after uploading your photo. This also means, upload your photo once and try all templates without the need of uploading your photo again and again (another first/innovation in internet/world by Montagraph). What is more, these features are valid/useful not only ready templates created by us, but also for templates created online by you. That is, not only montagraphs get smarter, your templates (created by you) also get smarter!

Enjoy these hi-tech features and wait for more innovations from Montagraph!

Montagraph is getting more social : Google Map Integration

Montagraph is not only a photo montage tool as we emphasize on our front page.Today, we stand behind this sentence and we are happy to announce 2 important feature together:

1) As some of you realized now user profiles are more handy and full of content. You can get a good snapshot of a user profile  and its montagraphs, templates, favorites, contacts at once. So we think you will enjoy it.   
 
2) Google maps integration is done. This means, you can easily see the other members around you or any montagraph member on the map. For this you can click on Neighbours link on the profile page of a user, there comes members near(same country) to you (or profile owner) on the map, where you can click on members to see their profile photos(avatar) and profile infos and links to its works. Needless to say you have ability to zoom in/out and pan on the map. Now we don't have location information of every member so by this time, not every member has neighbours link currently but soon we will try to cover every member on the map.

As i mentioned in previous post we were considering different partners in printing sector. At last, we decided to go with Zazzle, which has great API and customization facilities and simple to use. As a result, Montagraph shop is open before New Year !

Montagraph is in your language

Hello,

Today we added a Turkish language support to montagraph. Soon, we will plan to add Spanish and Italian, Russian language support to montagraph. So please do not hesitate to contact us (info at montagraph.com) if you are volunteer to help translate and see/use montagraph in your own language

 Apart from this we are planning to set a partnership in printing, we are considering zazzle.com for now but not decided yet. Any suggestion is welcomed...

By the way new and skillful montagraphers, that is, users are on board and number of our templates and montagraphs increases day by day(theoritically infinite amount of template :).
